Shipping costs depend on selected shipping option. You will be provided cost and other shipping details during your order.
Returns and Exchanges
What's your return policy?
Standard Return Policy: Excellent customer service is important to us, and it is our hope that you are 100% satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied and a shelf-stable item is returned to us in its original packaging within 15 days of delivery, we will offer a store credit for your order total minus shipping and handling costs.
Return Policy for Cancelled Orders: An order cannot be cancelled while shipping is in process. If you decide to cancel after the shipment process is complete, our standard return policy applies.
Return Policy for Free Shipping Items: For items that shipped for free, our shipping costs will be deducted from your store credit.
